1997 Established Fine Art Research Group- I was appointed Coordinator of the Fine Art Research Group (FARG) under Professor Malcolm Le Grice. Chaired meetings to coordinate Fine Art strategy for the Unit 64 submission. Was responsible as Coordinator of FARG for creating the first Research Assistant (0.5) in Visual Art in the University, in the area of Website Specific Design (1998) and for the appointment of two further Research Assistants in Sculpture and in Issue-based Art (1999). Trained as Ph.D supervisor and supervised Ph.D student
